Kofi Owusu-Tieku is an international expert in performance management, monitoring, and evaluation with over 45 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sectors.
His career has taken him from emergency food operations in the Horn of Africa to headquarters-level policy work at the United Nations, and into the field as an M&E specialist for US government-funded development compacts in Southern Africa.
Today, Kofi draws on this deep institutional knowledge — combined with modern AI-assisted tools — to help governments and organizations design better programs, measure what matters, and make evidence-based decisions.
